A user-driven, “unconference” gathering of people to share & learn in an open environment with discussions, demos & interaction. This format encourages participation from a broad range of people and is a unique opportunity for cross-pollination of ideas. GreenCamp San Antonio is nonprofit event and free for participants.

Sponsor & Support
GreenCamp San Antonio is for and about the community. It is organized by volunteers who contribute their time and resources pro bono - for free. And we want the event to be FREE to everyone.
But events have expenses. To cover the expenses and keep the event free to attendees we are asking for sponsor donations. The money goes toward the cost of food, chair rental, event tee shirts, etc. And since GreenCamp San Antonio is a community event we’re trying to make the sponsor levels affordable for any organization, business or individual.
- $500 - Your name will be on and in all the promotion material for the event. You’ll be top billing on our website and on the event tee shirt and bag.
- $250 - Your name will be on and in all the promotion material for the event. You’ll be second billing on our website and on the event tee shirt and bag.
- $100 - Your name will be on and in all the promotion material for the event. You’ll be listed on our website and will be listed on the event tee shirt and bag if there is room.
- $50 -You’ll be listed on our website and will be listed on the event tee shirt and bag if there is room.
Go to our Register page to submit sponsorship now. After your submit your sponsor registration send a blurb about your organization and your logo art (in JPG format; no more than 100 pixels wide) to daniella@greencampsa.com.
An organization, business or individual does not have to sponsor to participate. Those that do participate are encouraged to contribute to the conversation as long as it doesn’t contain purely commercial information. So, for example, if your company installed solar panels you would talk about how to choose a good insatllation company or how to determine if solar is right for you not about how great your company is.

We are also accepting in kind donations. Here’s a list of the kinds of things we may need.
- Giveaways - that will fit in a grocery bag to be given to attendees
- Door prize items - that people can win in a drawing
- Projectors - as bright as we can get (2)
- Whiteboard - large, for the program schedule (1-2)
- Pop up shelters - 8′ x 8′ (2-3)
- Coolers - large ones for drinks (4-6)
